Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Montorox LLC handles information submitted through this website and information generated when the site is used. It applies to montorox.com; a Montorox product or a third-party site may have its own privacy terms.
Information we receive
The Contact form asks for your name, email address, organization, website, country or region, area of interest, what you are trying to achieve, current situation, timing, how you heard about Montorox, and your confirmation that we may use the submission to respond. Some fields are optional. Email messages you send us may contain additional information you choose to share.
We do not ask you to submit payment details, government identification, passwords, credentials, or highly sensitive personal information through the Contact form. Please leave that information out of free-text fields.
How we use inquiries
We use inquiry details to review the request, communicate with you, consider a potential business discussion, manage the inquiry, and maintain appropriate business records. A submission does not create a client relationship. The form saves an inquiry record before attempting notification and acknowledgement emails. Authorized team members can review, update its status, export it, or delete it in WordPress.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting and security systems may record basic technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times in server logs. The Contact form also uses short-lived server-side controls to limit repeated or duplicate submissions. WordPress uses cookies for signed-in administrators and may use other essential cookies for site operation. At this stage, Montorox has not added website analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies to this site. We will review this policy if that changes.
Service providers and other sites
Hosting and email-delivery providers may process information as needed to operate the site and deliver inquiry messages. We do not publish Contact submissions. This site links to external products, publications, and services; those destinations control their own practices. The current Montorox pages do not embed third-party videos, maps, social feeds, or remote font services.
Retention and security
Business inquiries are reviewed manually. Our working retention standard is generally up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may keep a record longer when reasonably needed for an ongoing discussion, a legal or contractual matter, or business recordkeeping. There is no automatic deletion of inquiry records. Server and email records may follow separate operational retention settings.
We use access controls and other reasonable measures to protect information. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use email to discuss a safer way to share information that should not be sent through the form.
Your choices
You can ask about an inquiry you submitted, request a correction, or ask us to delete information by contacting us below. We will review requests in light of applicable obligations and the records we need to maintain. You can choose not to use the form and contact us by email instead.

We may update this policy as the website and its practices change. The current version will be posted here.
